This Web Site was first set up as a resource for my Leadership Negotiation class at University of Santa Clara Law School. Since then, it has continued to be the primary source for my students. I also use another web site, Leadership for Lawyers (www.leadership4lawyers.com), as the source for that class. My students use these sites to get assignments, class information and we also use them to publish class notes and papers.

The sites have also become a resource for my mediation practice and for my training business. I refer people to these sites and the over heads and notes are often used by other educators, trainers and students. Please use the site as a resource. Like my Leadership site, this is an ongoing project. I have been teaching mediation and negotiation at the University of Santa Clara Law School for many years now and I am hoping to continue to improve this site. It is my hope that this can be used by students, faculty, practicing lawyers and judges as a resource for mediation and negotiation.
